Mcfa was initiated by the Training Center of China Art Vocational Education Association and awarded certificates. This certificate is the only legal teacher qualification certificate that has been officially recognized and supervised by the state in the domestic children's model training industry. China Art Vocational Education Association Training Center is affiliated to China Art Education Association. It is a national social art level training center approved by the Ministry of People and Culture of China. It is the only model evaluation center in China and the only authoritative third-party qualification certification institution in the field of model evaluation.

MCFA certification certificate:

The competent units of China Art Vocational Education Association are: People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Culture.

The model teacher certificate registered by the Ministry of Culture is the only recognized third-party certification in China.

The qualification for issuing the certificate of one-child model registered by the Ministry of Culture of China.

The teacher qualification certificate issued is valid when applying for a school license.
