Carry out the revision of safety operation regulations, improve the safety precautions and operation requirements in the process regulations, make them clear and detailed, and compile them separately, so that the operators can see the safety requirements of production posts at a glance and have rules to follow.

2. Economy, technology and ideological work go hand in hand. Establish a strict economic assessment system for various unsafe factors in the workshop. In the process of operation, the hidden dangers that may be encountered in the usual safety inspection are divided into five grades according to the severity, and each file lists 10 phenomena, and 50 kinds of safety hidden dangers are published. If it is found to be similar to 50 hidden dangers, it will be punished according to regulations.

3. Check whether the water and electricity are turned off, whether the doors and windows are locked and whether the equipment is overhauled before coming off work every month. Technicians check the process hygiene and discipline of production every day.

4. New employees should receive safety training before taking up their posts, and they should be trained every month. Give full play to the role of safety net members and promote enterprise safety work.

5. Carry out effective management methods such as "Three Harms" and "Safety Month" in a timely manner, and organize and guide employees to gradually enhance their safety awareness in combination with the production situation of enterprises.
