What is the compensation for the unit if the laborer unilaterally violates the contract and terminates the labor contract?
According to the provisions of the Labor Contract Law, in the labor contract agreement between the employer and the employee, the agreed conditions of liquidated damages are strictly limited, stipulating that the unit can only set liquidated damages under the conditions of "training service period" and "non-competition".

In other words, unless the employee leaves before the expiration of the agreed training service, or violates the confidentiality agreement or non-competition restriction, the employee can leave his job normally without paying any liquidated damages to the unit.
