Safety work is the most important work in kindergarten. Facing the safety problem of children aged 3-6, our kindergarten leaders attach great importance to it, and set up a safety organization to carry out one post and two responsibilities. Everyone signed a safety responsibility form, determined the working goal of "safe campus, healthy baby", and put forward the working idea of "cultivating safety habits from childhood and improving safety ability every day".

First, create a safe living environment for children. In the case of very tight funds, kindergarten leaders have gone through hardships and raised more than RMB 1.3 million to completely transform the indoor and outdoor environment of kindergartens. Abandoned bungalows, mobile base stations and lawn fences on the playground were demolished, artificial lawns were laid, the corners of murals were curved, large toys were replaced, wooden floors were laid, children's toilets were transformed, round tables and chairs were replaced, and power cords and distribution boxes were replaced.

Carefully design and make safety signs suitable for children's activities. Such as: the little feet going up and down the stairs, the little footprints when waiting in line to go to the toilet, washing hands and drinking water, and the schematic diagram of the safe use of various tools and materials. Create a safe and warm living and learning environment for children.

Second, grasp the development of children's safety habits, so that children can benefit for life. Bearing in mind the concept of "sowing behavior, harvesting habits", we closely combined the cultivation of children's safety habits with daily life, education and teaching, and carefully designed the "training goal of children's twelve good habits".

In order to ensure the safety of school bus driving, effectively protect students' lives and prevent traffic accidents, our park held a forum for school bus drivers and related personnel. The contents of the meeting are as follows:

1, all school bus drivers must abide by the relevant traffic laws and regulations, and hold the driver's license, driving license and relevant certificates consistent with the quasi-driving model.

The driver should check the condition of the car before driving, and can't drive until it is in good condition.

3, drivers should pay attention to rest at ordinary times, never fatigue driving, drunk driving, speeding.

4, to the intersection, found that there are vehicles and pedestrians crossing the road should slow down in advance and honk. Be careful when driving, and don't operate illegally.

5. In case of strong wind, rainstorm and other bad weather, slow down and turn on the danger warning light when driving. When braking, try to brake, don't step on it, and don't suddenly accelerate, brake or slam the direction.

6. Fighting is forbidden when the school bus is running. Inertia plays a very important role when the school bus brakes when turning, so pay attention to accidental injuries.

7. The school bus driver can only start the vehicle after the child gets on the bus and the teacher signals that he can drive.
