How is the development of information technology education in rural primary schools? As a rural primary school information technology teacher, I think there are three outstanding problems:
Question 1: Poor daily behavior habits.
Information technology classes in rural primary schools often appear: students enter the computer room without shoes, behave casually, tables and chairs are messy, and there are often sundries in the room ... students have poor daily behavior habits. We have the responsibility to cultivate and correct students' behavior habits and standardize the classroom. My countermeasures are the following two points.
1 .yan
The cultivation of behavior habits should be started from an early age, and good behavior habits are the guarantee for students to learn information technology well. According to the situation of students in the class, we can spare some class time to learn the daily behavior norms of primary school students, formulate some simple rules and regulations, and post them in a conspicuous place in the computer room, so that students can control and restrain their behavior.
Behavioral habit training in lower grades can be integrated with fun, such as children's songs. After class, the teacher first leads the students to sing a nursery rhyme. "The bell rings, put on your shoes, quickly enter the classroom, stand up straight and sit well." . Keep your ears open and don't make small moves. "Teach children's songs that are easy to understand and let students review the code of conduct while entertaining. Teachers can arrange and apply children's songs according to the occasion. In addition, we can skillfully use "stars" to evaluate students' behavior in class, giving good performance to red stars and poor performance to black stars, thus mobilizing students' enthusiasm.
Senior students can reason with them directly and point out their shortcomings. In training, students can be motivated by comparison and praise. For example, all the classes I teach enter the online classroom in a competitive way. Which group of shoe covers are worn quickly and arranged well in the advanced classroom, and enjoy extra points; The bad thing is at the door, and you can't enter until you have done it. When leaving the computer room door, the team leader should check the computer shutdown and the arrangement of the group. Only when you are qualified can you go out in a group. Putting the initiative of going in and out in the hands of students has achieved remarkable results.
2. Width
Teachers should be strict in education, management and leniency. Excessive punishment will dampen students' self-esteem. Teachers can implement a reward and punishment system, record students' behavior habits in class, and praise and criticize them appropriately in class. As a part of the final academic performance, recording the situation plays a role in stimulating students' behavior habits.
Question 2: Students' learning ability and information literacy need to be improved.
The information technology subject in rural primary schools has been offered for a short time, and the students' computer level is low, which is quite different. In class, teachers emphasize technology and neglect the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, which suppresses students' initiative and innovation. Information technology education should run through the concepts of "student-oriented" and "ability-oriented" to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and improve information literacy. This requires information technology teachers to spend more time studying textbooks, analyzing students and formulating effective classroom teaching strategies. But the situation is that information technology teachers have to help other teachers make courseware, maintain software and hardware, and improve their professional level. The work in one day is complicated, so it is difficult to settle down and study teaching deeply. In the face of difficulties, information technology teachers should take the initiative to reduce the burden.
Countermeasure 1: Everyone should do more.
One of the main tasks of information technology teachers is to help teachers in other disciplines make courseware. With the deepening of the integration of information technology and other disciplines, teachers have received more modern educational technology training and mastered some courseware making techniques, so they should try their best to apply what they have learned in peacetime. Information technology teachers can also take the initiative to teach other teachers, especially young teachers, some technical production skills, so that these teachers can also act as producers of some large-scale courseware and try to spare more time for their own research and teaching.
Countermeasure 2: Enjoy resources * * *
Using the network, we can easily find the information needed for preparing lessons, modify it according to the situation, integrate into our own teaching ideas, and become a secondary lesson preparation with our own characteristics, which can effectively draw lessons from and improve efficiency, so that information technology teachers can have more time to reflect on teaching and improve classroom effectiveness.
Question 3: Students' moral education is weak.
Some students have mastered some computer knowledge and started to do little tricks. After I taught students to copy and delete files, many copies of files appeared in the computer, and the saved files were often deleted. Some students browse some websites that they shouldn't visit and play some games that they shouldn't play. Hardware is often destroyed, for example, mouse balls are often lost and headphones are often broken, which has a certain impact on classroom teaching. At present, this situation is less harmful, but the more skills students master, the more advanced they are, and they do not have good ideological quality, which is potentially great harm to society. Nowadays, cybercrime cases are on the rise rapidly, and criminals are also on the rise. As educators, we should be forward-looking and strengthen moral education for students.
Countermeasure 1: Pay attention to peacetime.
Usually in teaching, teachers should strengthen their awareness of educating people, be a conscientious person, pay more attention to some seemingly trivial things or small moves of students, and point out and supervise students' changes in time. Pay attention to "key" students and prevent problems before they happen.
Countermeasure 2: Carry out legal education
Teenagers commit crimes with weak legal awareness, often ignorant of crimes and laws, especially children in rural areas. Teachers must act as propagandists of relevant laws and regulations, introduce rules and regulations to students, make them have a certain legal awareness, and present some criminal cases as negative teaching materials through multimedia means, which will serve as a warning to students and deepen their impressions.
Information technology is still a relatively young course in rural schools, and it is normal for such problems to occur in the process of development. As a subject teacher, we should strive to overcome the difficulties in our work, find more, think more and act more, improve the quality of education and teaching, and make the prospect of information technology in rural schools more and more beautiful.
