In the training of zero-based yoga instructors, students follow the classes from scratch, and the weekly course arrangement is relatively compact, starting from basic hatha yoga to yin yoga, physiotherapy yoga and mobile yoga.
In the Asia-Pacific Yoga Institute, the full-time zero-based coaching class consists of two parts: theoretical class and physical class. First, systematically study the basic knowledge of medical anatomy, including understanding the origin and history of yoga, and then have a certain theoretical basis, know the structure of the human body, and know how bones and muscles exert their strength. With the foundation of these systems, we can know how to choose the correct order and how to practice without hurting ourselves. The teacher will teach you how to arrange classes, including sharing some classes and attending classes.
