Dongcheng District Market Supervision Bureau received consumer complaints from education and training institutions in the third phase from July 2, 2020 to June 20, 2020. There were 36 complaints from orange trees, with an average monthly complaint resolution rate of 3 1.33%.
In the same period, Orange Tree Branch also appeared on the third quarter consumption warning announcement list of Dongcheng District Market Supervision Bureau due to complaints (data collection time: June 2 1 to September 20, 2020).
On June 20th, 2020, Dongcheng District Market Supervision Bureau announced 12345, which was accepted in the third quarter of this year. The eighth branch of Beijing Orange Tree Culture Communication Co., Ltd. ranked in the top ten with 20 complaints, and the resolution rate was 15%.
It is worth noting that the Dongcheng District Market Supervision Bureau said in the above-mentioned consumer warning announcement that the reasons for the prosecution of education and training institutions in a single quarter mainly included that due to the epidemic situation, classes could not be started normally or the teaching quality did not meet the promise, and it was difficult for consumers to refund the fees, but the promised refund was unreasonably delayed and a high handling fee was deducted.
