At present, there are 27 clinical departments in Luhe Hospital, of which 20 have developed into tertiary specialized departments, and 7 departments have completed tertiary specialized departments on 20 13. Twenty-six medical technology projects in the hospital have reached the international advanced level, of which 90% have reached the level of tertiary hospitals, and 100% have reached the level of tertiary hospitals. In 20 13, six technologies, including cardiac intervention, were certified by the Ministry of Health, all of which were passed by Liuhe Hospital. The hospital is now Beijing Specialist Training Base, Beijing General Practitioner Training Base, Regional Difficult and Severe Treatment Center, Consultation Center, First Aid Center, Clinical Pathway Pilot Hospital of Ministry of Health, Quality Nursing Service Pilot Hospital and Informatization Pilot Hospital.

The Department of Endocrinology cooperated with Tongren Hospital to formally establish the Diabetes Research Institute of Capital Medical University and Beijing Key Laboratory of Diabetes.

The Department of Neurology cooperated with xuanwu hospital to become Xuanwu Liuhe Neurology Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Harvard Medical College and Xuanwu Liuhe Sino-American Neurology Institute, the first doctor, and established the Functional Neurology Epilepsy Center, which filled the gap of this major in Tongzhou District.

Friendship Liuhe General Clinic and Friendship Gastroenterology Department set up digestive diseases clinic. The above four key disciplines have been officially put into operation through the construction mode of medical association, realizing the sharing of pathogens, equipment and experts, improving the medical level of our hospital and facilitating the local people to seek medical treatment.

Cardiology department has more than 2,000 cases of coronary angiography and cardiovascular intervention 1 1,000 cases every year, ranking fourth in Beijing.
