What is SYB?
The full name of SYB is "Entrepreneurship", which means "Start your business". It is an important part of the series of training courses "Starting a Business and Promoting Your Career" (SIYB). It is a tailor-made training program for friends who want to start their own small and medium-sized enterprises by the United Nations International Labour Organization. The history of SYB originated in Sweden. In the 1970s, it was called "looking after your business". Due to the success of textbooks developed in1970s, 1977, Sweden cooperated with ILO to adapt these textbooks into IYB textbooks. /kloc-in the 1990s, IYB had another member, SYB, which was developed by the ILO during its training in Fiji. GYB comes from SIYB in 1998. Part of GYB is contained in SYB, but it is not complete. In 2003, the ILO developed EYB in Sri Lanka. At present, 84 countries use SIYB. China introduced this technology in 1998, and carried out pilot projects in Beijing, Shanghai and Suzhou. At the end of 2003, entrepreneurship training was extended to 100 cities. 2001-2003: 800,000 people participated in entrepreneurship training, and more than 300,000 people started their own businesses through training. According to SYB entrepreneurship training [1], according to different groups of people, China mainly experienced four stages of development: the first stage was from 2000 to 2003. The training target was mainly laid-off and unemployed people, and the purpose of the training was to encourage them to start their own businesses and solve their employment and funding problems in the form of registered self-employed or small private enterprises. The function of SIYB training at this stage is to make laid-off workers who have participated in the training have an overall understanding of entrepreneurship and reduce the risk of entrepreneurial failure. The second stage is from 2003 to 2005: the training is mainly aimed at the newly added labor force in cities and towns, including fresh graduates and rural floating population. The purpose of training is to improve the entrepreneurial knowledge and awareness of these groups and encourage them to start businesses with preferential policies. The third stage: from 2005 to 2007, the cumulative effect of SIYB entrepreneurship training began to appear after the first two stages, and many students in the pilot cities realized their own entrepreneurship through training. It not only solves the problem of individual employment, but also promotes the employment of people around it and increases the financial revenue for the region. During this period, Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee put forward the concept of "strengthening the province through innovation and enriching the people through entrepreneurship", and the SIYB entrepreneurship training program was accelerated in Zhejiang. Up to now, three SIYB lecturer trainings for financial, investment and government institutions have been carried out, and teachers for project development have been reserved. The fourth stage: after 2007, according to the guiding ideology of "promoting employment through entrepreneurship" put forward by the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, combined with the current economic development situation in China, the government will encourage more people with economic strength and innovative consciousness to start businesses. With the holding of various national entrepreneurship competitions, SIYB entrepreneurship training is constantly developing and innovating after the practice and summary of the first three stages. The training target is not only laid-off workers, but also people with high education, high quality and high income. Through training, they have all kinds of abilities to start a business and are encouraged to embark on the road of starting a business. \x0d\ Edit the characteristics of SYB in this paragraph \x0d\ which highly meets the needs of small entrepreneurs, combines learning with application, is highly involved, modular, gamified, short in time, low in cost, unifies teaching materials, provides a lot of follow-up services, and strictly controls the quality \x0d\ Edit the unique features of SYB training in this paragraph \x0d\ 1, and SYB entrepreneurship training implements small class teaching. 2.
