High temperature allowance is not dispensable, but must be paid. Not paying high-temperature allowance means that wages are not paid in full. If the employer fails to pay the high-temperature allowance according to law, the laborer may report or complain to the local labor security supervision institution at or above the county level, and the administrative department of human resources and social security with jurisdiction shall order it to make corrections according to law. In addition, workers can also appeal to the labor dispute arbitration commission to safeguard their rights and interests in labor remuneration according to law.
If the employer fails to pay the high-temperature allowance according to law, the human and social departments will issue a notice to order rectification. Refuses to rectify, can be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the wage arrears.
With regard to the protection of high-temperature operation, the Trade Union of Ningbo Federation of Trade Unions will, together with the departments of safety supervision, human resources and social security, health and other departments, continue to carry out special inspections on the labor protection, production conditions, workers' living, logistics support and the implementation of high-temperature subsidies of high-temperature operation enterprises this year.
