KFC's franchise in China is "not from scratch".

Joining from scratch means reselling a mature restaurant to franchisees. Franchisees don't have to start from scratch, avoiding a lot of complicated work in site selection, shop opening, recruitment, training and management of employees. We do not authorize franchisees to open new restaurants.

This is a long-term cooperative relationship.

The initial term of the franchise agreement is at least ten years. In the future, franchisees must voluntarily engage in KFC franchise for more than ten years.

Investment fund requirements

The initial investment of each franchisee is different.

The new franchisee will be authorized to run an operating KFC restaurant, and the purchase cost of each restaurant will be calculated according to the specific situation of the restaurant (including all the decoration, equipment, profit, lease and employee transfer of the restaurant, but excluding the purchase of real estate). Franchisees can arrange financing by themselves. However, the proportion of our franchisees' own funds invested in this project cannot be less than 70%.

The following fees are the same for all franchisees.

At the beginning of the franchise, you must pay the initial joining fee, which is a one-time fee. At the same time, every franchisee has to pay this fee when developing a new store. The cost of going concern includes royalties and advertising sharing fees. Before receiving the store, you must pay the training fee for 3 months.

Like all our international standard franchise agreements, all franchisees do not enjoy exclusive rights in regional and commercial circles.

Training is the key to success.

Successful candidates will be required to attend an extensive training program lasting 65,438+03 weeks before running a restaurant. 65,438+03 weeks of restaurant training will enable franchisees to effectively master the duty management they need to know to run a successful restaurant, lead courses such as restaurants, and also include the study of various workstations such as Hamburg workstation and French fries workstation.

After franchisees take over the restaurant, they should also arrange long-term internship in restaurant management. In the process of training, future franchisees should bear their own expenses (training fees, transportation fees, living expenses).
