How were the special forces selected?
Need to go through two stages, as follows:

The first stage: strict selection and testing

Our army's special forces are composed of China citizens voluntarily. Only male soldiers with the rank of sergeant or staff sergeant can become volunteers of special forces.

The necessary conditions include:

(1) It must be agreed that the service can be extended;

(2) No criminal record during the last service;

(3) Having served in the army for more than two years;

(4) The length of education is not less than the technical secondary school level 12 years;

(5) Have a high IQ coefficient.

Before selecting special forces members, they must undergo physical fitness tests. Athletes swim 50 meters in the water without remembering, do 52 push-ups and sit-ups in two minutes, and run 3.2 kilometers 14 minutes and 54 seconds in sportswear. The interval between each item is 2 to 10 minutes. The volunteers' test was conducted within three weeks.

During this period, we should test their moral and psychological quality and IQ level. In the next two weeks, volunteers will become "prisoners of guerrillas" and conduct field survival training. For example, the selection and training process of the "Delta" troops is similar to that of the British Secret Service Corps, that is, it pays attention to cultivating individual characteristics and potential, and eliminates those who lack the overall cooperation ability. Players' shooting ability standards are quite high. Snipers must hit 100% at a distance of 548m and 90% at a distance of 914 m.

2. The second stage; Attend various training courses.

After the initial physical fitness test, the team members entered various training courses, such as "scout" training course, shooting weapon training course, heavy weapon training course, engineering training course, electronic communication and medical expert training course.

In addition to mastering the basic majors, students can also carry out supplementary training according to their own wishes to obtain corresponding professional titles, such as skydiving master of special forces and first-class diver.

In addition, they can also participate in the following training courses: Rangers, foreign languages, survival classes, air force aiming and dispatching classes, marine corps sniper classes, tropical forest combat classes and various training courses in other NATO countries.

All students must first receive basic training in special forces.

The training is divided into two stages: the first stage is basic training, which lasts for 13 weeks. The second stage is five weeks, three weeks of individual training and promotion classes, and two weeks of team training. Then there is the training course, 12 weeks.

In order to perform special tasks, American special forces also train professional divers. The training was held in Carolina, California for three weeks. Those who want to take part in this class must pass the physical fitness test. Students should master the structure of various underwater breathing devices, participate in diving exercises in the sea during the day and at night, and master the skills of leaving the cabin and returning from the torpedo launching port.

After passing the general outline, players should master two or three military professional skills required by special forces. After completing a major, they are sent to small teams to consolidate their knowledge and skills in practice. Officers (usually lieutenants) have to go through various training courses for 13 weeks.

The contents of the training plan include: studying the strategy of special operations, the structure and use of weapons and technical equipment, the means of secretly sneaking into and withdrawing from enemy territory, the means of equipping special teams, and the planning and implementation of special operations to safeguard the security of friendly countries.
