In order to strengthen the management of lifting operators in housing construction sites and municipal engineering sites in our district, improve the quality of operators, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, according to the spirit and provisions of the relevant documents of AQSIQ, the Ministry of Construction and the Municipal Construction Committee, after research, it is decided to hold a training course for construction lifting machinery operators, and relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the training object and registration conditions

All personnel who are engaged in or ready to engage in this work in construction enterprises and related units in our district have reached the age of 18, and the female age is no more than 55 and the male age is no more than 60. Have a junior high school education or above and be in good health.

Second, the training content

(1) Safety regulations and use management of hoisting machinery; ② Classification and main parameters of cranes; (3) the structure, working principle and safety protection device of hoisting machinery; ④ Installation and disassembly of hoisting machinery; (5) Overall debugging and acceptance of hoisting machinery; ⑥ Operation and command signals of hoisting machinery; ⑦ Repair and maintenance of hoisting machinery.

III. Training time and arrangement: 5 days off-job training, annual registration training.

450 yuan/person, including registration fee, training fee, books and materials fee, assessment fee, accommodation and self-care.

V. Training certification

After the students have completed the required courses and passed the examination, the Municipal Construction Committee will issue the Qualification Certificate for Tower Crane Operators in Chongqing with a unified printed number and the corporate seal of Chongqing Construction Management Committee.
