These two accidents have taught the workshop a great lesson. There are analysis and equipment problems in this year's production: the first step of external standard method analysis, the content analysis of external standard method in QC department is inaccurate, resulting in the unit consumption of dichloropyrimidine1.4; The reformed high vacuum equipment can not meet the process requirements, which leads to slow evaporation and conversion of by-products, high temperature polymerization, and finally affects the product yield; 130 after the new process was adopted in the first step, it was difficult to filter in the second step.
