Because of China's exam-oriented education, China's traditional conservative ethical concept of filial piety, and China's inherent thinking constraints such as "silence is golden", "talking too much will lose you" and "shooting at the head", there are too many people around us who can't communicate and express themselves. And this will be their heavy psychological burden! I suffered a lot for it. I believe many people share my passion and dreams, but I just can't unload the heavy psychological burden!

Many of us have such a burden: we dare not speak in public, dare not communicate with leaders, the opposite sex and strangers, and dare not express our views publicly! And such a burden, let us lose many opportunities and many friends!

I know, there are many such friends. But they couldn't find a solution.

The training methods of such training institutions must be efficient, can help others grow rapidly, and can be suitable for most people to participate in training, regardless of level, education, experience and so on. 4. Such training institutions should not aim at making money, but at developing and expanding, and can open branches all over the country and achieve more people;

At the end of 2004, I founded a small public speaking eloquence training center in Nanshan, Shenzhen.

I have to break through-difficult times.

My condition is: Mandarin is strongly nonstandard! No stage experience at all! Not a penny! No training experience at all!

However, I started from scratch! I insisted!

Dare not use employees, I go to the streets to distribute leaflets myself. I clearly remember that on the eve of the Spring Festival in 2005, I distributed leaflets in the street to recruit more students to start the Spring Festival!

I spoke loudly everywhere with leaflets: Come and see, eloquence training, self-confidence, and success for life-I have been shouting loudly, and sometimes many people look at me to explain-after handing out leaflets, I am eating two steamed buns for the New Year!

At first, it was really stressful!

At first, I asked the teacher to give a lecture, because my foundation was too poor to mislead others. But the teacher didn't understand what we were going to train, so I had to write an outline myself and let him teach in my way. Because I know what students need most!

At first, no one believed that eloquence needed training. People don't have this consciousness-who can't talk? This also needs training?

Too few people attend classes, the effect is naturally poor, and the registration rate is very low. Sometimes the teacher comes and the students haven't arrived yet! But we must pay the teachers.

The hardships in the early days of starting a business are unimaginable. How many times I want to give up! There are many old classmates who know the story of me handing out leaflets in the street.

Success comes from persistence! My experience fully proves this truth!

A few months ago, I attended a lecturer training in the company. In that training, my fragile mind was greatly traumatized. During the speech, I was so nervous that my mind went blank and I was at a loss.

The next day, I arranged a five-minute speech evaluation. I remember that night, I didn't sleep until five o'clock. During the speech, in order to break the fear, I went to the canteen and bought two bottles of red bull. I drank it all before the speech, and I think it will definitely make me more confident. But I didn't relax at all. My speech was terrible. I feel sorry for my leader. I feel I can't face my teacher.

Two months ago, I attended the company's training again. This kind of training is a kind of training to pursue outstanding life. At that time, students from all corners of the country gathered together and I was assigned to the fifth group. At that time, an elder sister, seeing that I was pleasing to the eye, chose me as the head of this group. During these three days of training, I was always unable to give a wonderful speech. And the team members below me are all full of energy and eloquent. On the last afternoon, my sister said this to me: "Dajian, your performance off stage is better than that on stage." On October 3rd this year, I attended my niece's wedding reception. After the dinner, I hurried back to Sanming, because I had to take the train at two o'clock in the night shift to Shenzhen to attend the four-day eloquence public speaking training class of Teacher Zhang.

There are three reasons for participating in the training: First, interest. I have always believed that good eloquence is a great wealth, I pursue good eloquence, I envy good eloquence, and I look forward to good eloquence. In April, 2004, when I went to Beijing to take the senior vocational guidance teacher exam, I checked the eloquence short training class in Li Zhenshun and went to Beijing to sign up for the training in advance. When I return to my residence at ten o'clock every night, I can always see their warm letters of condolences and the teacher's answers to questions that day. When working in groups, teaching assistants can explain to students independently and take pains to answer their questions; Mix with the students after class. Because almost everyone is working overtime, everyone's 20-minute homework is not well controlled, and the teacher is not good at stopping halfway. The course lasts until evening 1 half past ten.
