Nurse qualification certificate registration process:

After passing the nurse practice examination, print the nurse registration card, get the nurse qualification certificate at the time and place specified by the local health bureau (some places will be directly distributed to the hospital, and some registered in the school will be distributed to the school), then find the work hospital, prepare the registration materials for the nurse qualification certificate, and hand it over to the hospital for unified registration or bring it to the health bureau to register the nurse practice certificate. After successful registration, the Health Bureau will issue a nurse's practice certificate.

In the process of registration of nurse qualification certificate, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) Having completed the general full-time courses of nursing and midwifery prescribed by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health in secondary vocational schools and institutions of higher learning for more than 3 years, including completing nursing clinical practice for more than 8 months in teaching and general hospitals, and obtaining corresponding academic certificates;

(3) Having passed the nurse qualification examination organized by the Ministry of Health;

(4) meeting the health standards stipulated in Article 6 of these Measures.

Registration process of nurse qualification certificate: nurse applicants should meet the following health standards:

(a) No history of mental illness;

(two) no color blindness, color weakness, binaural hearing impairment;

(three) no disease, disability or dysfunction that affects the performance of nursing duties.

In the process of registration of nurse qualification certificate, the following materials shall be submitted:

(1) Application form for nurse registration;

(2) the identity certificate of the applicant;

(three) the applicant's academic qualifications and clinical practice certificate in professional study;

(four) the nurse qualification examination results;

(5) A medical institution designated by the health administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government shall issue a medical certificate for the applicant within 6 months;

(6) Relevant materials to be employed by medical and health institutions.
