1. Open WeChat and click the search button at the top of WeChat.

2. Enter "Huaibei Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" in the search box to search.

3. Click "Social Security Employment" at the bottom of WeChat official account interface, and then click "Skills Training Registration" to pop up "Huaibei Vocational Training Network Platform".

4. Select training majors in vocational skills training in this interface, and click [More] to view all training majors.

5. After selecting a major, enter the registration interface, where you can select a major level, click "I want to register" after selecting the corresponding level, and then click "Confirm" in the pop-up box to log in.
