The fourth is to strengthen project management. Establish a project management office and an expert steering committee to improve the quality of teachers in vocational colleges, strengthen project process management, strengthen expert follow-up guidance and inspection and evaluation, and ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of the whole process of project management, evaluation and acceptance. Formulate and promulgate the Measures for the Management of Undergraduate Professional Training Standards, Training Programs, Core Courses and Characteristic Textbooks Development Projects for Vocational Education Teachers, and put forward clear requirements for project process management, achievement requirements, achievement application, organization and fund management.
