The training content is inconsistent with the actual work requirements. The skills and knowledge that many village cadres need to master in their work, such as rural economic development, rural governance, land circulation and environmental protection, may not be fully covered in the existing training.

The training method is single. The current training methods may pay too much attention to theoretical teaching and lack practical operation and case analysis, which makes it difficult for village cadres to apply what they have learned to practical work.

Insufficient evaluation of training effect. Many trainings have not established an effective evaluation mechanism, and it is impossible to understand the degree of village cadres' mastery of the training content and the actual effect of the training, and to improve the training content and methods.

Lack of long-term and systematic planning. At present, the training may lack long-term and systematic planning, which leads to the failure of village cadres to form coherent working ideas and action plans, and affects work efficiency and quality.

Teacher training is not strong enough. The existing training teachers may not be enough to meet the actual needs of village cadres, and lack of experts and scholars with practical experience and theoretical level to guide them. In order to improve the training effect of village cadres, we should improve the above shortcomings and establish a perfect training system, including making training plans that meet the actual needs, enriching training contents, innovating training methods, establishing evaluation mechanisms, strengthening long-term and systematic planning, and strengthening the construction of teachers.
