There are also clear and eye-catching signs in every corner of the workplace, so that employees can follow the rules. These details are worth learning from.

Second, being earnest is worth learning.

There are many people visiting Qingdao Port every day, but during our visit, the employees of Qingdao Port are concentrating on their work, and their mentality has not been affected by our arrival. This serious habit is not so easy to form, and it needs long-term accumulation, just like the theory of "marching and fighting" mentioned by General Manager Zhang, which is very enlightening in the construction activities of our team. The records of Qingdao Port are also very clear, and they are all printed electronically. Our company is still taking notes by hand at present. Although the shape is different, the artistic conception is the same, which needs to be seriously implemented.

Third, the learning and training environment

The training and study work in Qingdao Port has been well implemented. Their team has a special training room where employees can learn to charge after work. Their equipment management training is very novel. By using the cross-sectional model of the equipment, employees can directly see the internal structure and operation principle of the equipment, so that employees can learn better and help them understand better. In our daily work, employees are also trained, but it is only a scratch, just staying at the level of theoretical training. We really want employees to understand the performance of the equipment fundamentally and learn from Qingdao Port.

These lessons are my feelings after studying. After I come back, I will get to know them carefully, carefully analyze my own shortcomings and gaps, learn from the advantages of others in my work, and strive to turn other people's good methods into our own, so that our work can be carried out better.
