Regulations of Hunan Province on on-site rescue

Encourage and support citizens, legal persons and other organizations to donate funds and equipment to provide services for on-site rescue. Support all kinds of medical and health institutions, medical education institutions, medical research institutions and emergency rescue institutions to provide professional services for on-site rescue. Encourage qualified medical and health institutions and other units to establish first-aid cabins and provide training and first-aid services for on-site rescue.

The health administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level and the Red Cross Society shall regularly organize teachers to carry out on-site rescue basic knowledge and skills training.

All kinds of medical and health institutions, medical education institutions, medical research institutions, emergency rescue institutions, etc. On-site rescue should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the annual training plan.
