In order to standardize the labor market behavior and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, at the beginning of this year, the Bozhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau established the Bozhou District Entrepreneurship and Employment Labor Service Industry Association and established the Labor Service Association Party Branch to promote the employment of the masses with the industry association mechanism of "association+labor service companies+training institutions+other organizations of employment enterprises+laborers with labor discipline". The association also undertakes the vocational skills training of rural practical talents in the whole region. At present, 6,400 people have completed the vocational training of "short, flat and fast" skills, and 4,577 of them have been lifted out of poverty.
