Gutian Cadre College has 35 accommodation service cooperation units, all of which are clean and hygienic star-rated hotels, such as Vienna International Hotel in Longyan, Gutian Mountain Villa in Longyan, Fujian and so on.

In April 2020, Gutian Cadre College and the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee jointly run a school. In July of 20021year, the Party School of Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Gutian Branch of Fujian Administration College were established.
