1. When the equipment is running normally, check whether the cable head, contactor and open outlet head are hot or discolored.
2. Check whether the indicated values of current and voltage are stable and normal, check whether the indicator lamp is normal and check the reactive power compensation effect.
3. Check the temperature, sound and vibration of the motor, check whether the grinding slip ring becomes lighter or discolored, whether the motor junction box is loose, whether the cable protection tube is firm, whether there is any friction between the line and the frame, and whether there is any foreign body stuck in the motor and the line or dripping acid, alkali, rain and oil. During normal operation of the equipment, the temperature of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 85℃ and the temperature of the motor shall not exceed 95℃.
4, hydraulic station lubricating oil temperature and pressure, hydraulic pump working pressure is normal, judge the motor running state.
5. Check whether rain will enter the switch cabinet at the entrance of the switch cabinet line or when it rains.
6, check the transformer outlet cable temperature, cable insulation aging, the color of the cable head, transformer oil level, grounding, high and low voltage porcelain and appearance with and without traces of leakage.
7, check the high voltage and low voltage overhead lines. ?
(1) Use a telescope to check whether there are any traces of electric leakage on the surface of the high-voltage porcelain bottle, check the binding of the fixed line, and check whether the steel-core aluminum stranded wire is damaged or loose.
(2) Check whether the pole is tilted or loose, whether the pole itself is cracked, whether the mound in the pole pit sinks, and whether the cable is broken.
(3) Check whether the connector is loose, oxidized or discolored, especially the parallel groove clamp and copper-aluminum transition clamp.
(4) Check the fall insurance, high-voltage isolating switch, high-voltage vacuum switch, lightning arrester and down lead.
(5) Check the distance between branches, thatch and bamboo and the line to determine whether to cut it for safety (considering the distance after loading).
(6) Check the grounding resistance of each grounding grid (including the grounding grid of concentrator building) (pay attention to avoid the influence of stray current on measurement).
