Through communication and understanding, the teacher has a general understanding of us, and then teaches us some knowledge of network information security.

"I think it's an armchair strategist. I don't know if it should be done!" During my short internship, I deeply felt my lack of professional knowledge in practical application. In the training course, the teacher explained to us how to design the network topology, how to configure network lines, routers and switches, the installation and configuration of firewall and network detector IDS, and so on. In the process of training, I really learned something that is not in the computer textbook, or that is really useful in the textbook. In this way, I not only consolidated my old knowledge, but also mastered new knowledge. In addition, the teacher specially took us to the National Software Incubator Science Park. During the visit, I learned the principles and methods of network wiring in real life, and how to realize the interconnection of networks and ensure the security of information from hardware.

In addition, in the course of this training, what impressed me the most was that we completed the construction planning of a network system in groups, including the demand analysis of the project, the production of the network diagram and the writing of the network construction plan. In these processes, I not only know the whole project bidding and project development process, but also deeply understand the importance of cooperation among team members. Being good at teamwork and making good use of the wisdom of others is great wisdom. It is difficult to complete a big project by one force alone. When working in a team, we should also consider the standardization and unity of technology, so that we can get a more perfect combination when combining. I learned a lot from this training and benefited a lot. It let me know the hardships of work, and work is not as easy as studying at school.

Although I haven't been trained before, I don't feel too unfamiliar with this kind of work, but I just don't have a general "atmosphere", so I still do it myself with the students at the bottom. The teacher mentioned it briefly above! When the teacher said to start registering vouchers, faced with the accounting supplies on my desk during the training, I had a feeling that I couldn't start. I dare not write for a long time, for fear of making a wrong step. Later, under the patient guidance of the teacher, I began to register one by one. Soon, a long class time usually passed quickly, but the work at hand was far from what I expected. In the evening, I will continue to be busy with the unfinished tasks that day. But then again, I'm glad to see my bill. Although very tired, but very full! With the experience of the first two days, the next step is to fill in the original voucher; According to the original vouchers, fill in the accounting vouchers, then fill in the general ledger and various subsidiary ledgers, cash book, bank journal: fill in the balance sheet and income statement, and so on. But I know I'm far from a real accountant, but I'm not worried, because I'm trying to learn this knowledge. Registration books test people's care and patience. You should register according to your previous summary. If the general ledger is neglected, it will be reworked. A lot of figures are added, subtracted and added, which makes people dizzy.

The words and figures on the account page must be accurate and clear. If you make a mistake, you should correct it in red ink and affix your own seal. After these days of manual bookkeeping, my basic accounting knowledge has been verified in practical work and I have a certain basic practical operation ability. While achieving practical results, we also found many shortcomings in the operation process: for example, we are not careful enough, often misreading figures or missing business, which leads to errors in accounting results and unnecessary troubles; In training, almost every business entry is explained by the teacher, but in actual work, you still have to make your own accounting entries. In this respect, I still have some shortcomings, and I will strengthen my practice in the future.

Accounting is not only a profession, but also an interpretation of carefulness+patience+responsibility = life value. This is our last training course at school, and then we are faced with the real business of the enterprise. I don't think I have learned enough. "Good at calculation, good at management and diligent in financial management" is the on-the-job training for accounting personnel, so I will constantly improve myself towards this goal.

In the office, in my spare time, I will read some good literary works online and practice typing, because in the mine office, I mainly engage in typing, document classification, newspaper classification, and often mainly type documents. I know that this requires not only fast typing, but also familiarity with computers, especially when I can complete the reception task without the help of other staff. At first, I felt at a loss about some jobs, which made me feel very sad. At school, I always thought I was doing well. Once I came into contact with reality, I realized how much I knew. Most of the experience and knowledge I learned during this period came from the teaching of leaders and office staff, which is a valuable asset in my life. This internship also made me deeply understand that it is very important to maintain good relations with colleagues at work. To do things, we must first learn to be a man, understand the truth of being a man, and how to get along with others is the most basic problem in modern society. In xx month of 20xx, we finally ushered in the first training session of our sophomore year. From 1 4th to 1 4th, our training time is divided into two parts. In charge of our training for the first seven days and teacher Zhang for the last four days. The training days were rich and wonderful, which left precious memories for our college life. During these seven days, I learned a lot, including how to shoot scenes with DV cameras, how to edit movies, how to collect and sort out information related to tasks and how to find out right and wrong in the secretary's scene videos. As can be seen from the contents of the training, this training is highly operational and is a series of simulation exercises based on the theoretical knowledge in the secret book "Practice Book". Among these main contents, what excites me most is learning DV shooting. This part of knowledge makes me feel very fresh. I listened to Mr. Xie's course with great spirit, and Mr. Xie Guowei explained some knowledge of DV in detail, which really made me learn a lot. When shooting, editing and editing, although the weather is a little cold and the time is a little short, our group's mood has always been high. Finally, in this part of the training content, although our group has some shortcomings, it has also achieved good results, ranking third in the group, but in the end we modified the video according to the comments of teachers and classmates.

Second, the collection and arrangement of information. We are not very satisfied with this part of the training. This content was taken at the same time as DV shooting. This part of the training operation, not only because some members of our small group have been out of touch during this time, reducing the way to collect information, but also because our thinking is fixed, making the depth and breadth of the collected information insufficient. Therefore, the final effect is not very good, far less than other young ladies' works, but our group constantly draws lessons from the achievements of other groups after PPT presentation and makes modifications according to the points of teachers and classmates.

Third, train the scene simulation training of the video of the secretary of the fourth and fifth grades. Fourthly, the secretary level exam will inevitably involve this link, and the teacher wants us to know this link in advance, which is also to provide us with an example of DV shooting. I realized that this link is not as simple as I thought. Only when observers have enough knowledge, understanding, carefulness, patience and keen observation can they really judge these videos.

On the eighth day, Mr Zhang came back. She just attended the second secretarial skills competition with my senior. She will bring us back the latest information of this competition, and we will also carry out the second most practical training from this information. 1 month 10, Mr. Zhang assigned the tasks to be completed these days: a general plan and a detailed plan to simulate and plan the second secretarial skills competition held by our school. Our reorganized fourth group will be responsible for the details of the closing ceremony. At first, I didn't care much about this general situation. After all, everyone wrote a plan, but it was discovered in the group discussion that this general case is not ordinary and complicated. It needs to consider a lot of content and details, and there are also a lot of materials to collect. Moreover, some contents are unfamiliar to us, so sometimes we feel that we can't start or feel powerless, but there are many people and many ideas. In the heated discussion and quiet time, our team members finally arranged the work and started one after another, while three other team members and I were responsible for the preparation of the logistics part of the general case. These two days, our group finally completed the general case after twists and turns. As for the fine case, although it is called the fine case, there are many things to consider. We are divided into two parts, one is mainly responsible for writing excellent cases, and the other is responsible for distributing characters and items needed for the next day's demonstration. There will be differences during the period, but it will only be a break-in, and a fierce atmosphere will inevitably exist, but there will always be gradual easing in the discussion. In this task, I learned how to write different schemes, and also clearly understood what aspects and details should be paid attention to in different schemes.

The purpose of practical training is to consolidate and sublimate the theoretical knowledge of secretaries learned before, to make students more aware of the importance of the post of secretary, and to make students more aware of the writing skills that secretaries should have.
