There are many factors that affect the performance of construction machinery. 2. Replace the centralized mixing tank: the workshop needs to be dismantled to replace the centralized mixing tank. With the coordination of the engineering department and the cooperation of relevant departments, this work is progressing smoothly.
3. First effect replacement of distilled water machine: Before the first effect replacement of distilled water machine, the leakage was serious. Huazhou Company sent technicians to the site for observation, which could not be repaired, and only a new evaporator could be replaced. Under the coordination of the equipment department, the new equipment was replaced in this overhaul, and the drain valve was added after the replacement, and the equipment operated normally.
4. Replacement of indexing box of rough washing machine: bottles are often crushed in rough washing position. After the equipment is used for a period of time, the gap of the indexing box will increase, and it will be impossible to produce in serious cases. Replace the indexing box according to the maintenance plan, and repair or replace the related auxiliary parts. After maintenance, the equipment runs normally.
5. Add purified water pipes: According to the requirements of the new GMP, drinking water is not allowed in the clean area, so the tap water pipes in the clean area should be removed and purified water pipes should be added during the maintenance period.
6. Reconstruction of sterilization lifting platform: Because the bottom of the lifting platform of sterilization bottle loader is uneven or unstable, the platform often moves or shakes, and too many bottles are broken when loading and unloading bottles. In response to this phenomenon, security personnel decided to lay iron plates at the bottom of the platform after consultation. After the equipment transformation, the platform is stable and the bottle breakage phenomenon is greatly improved.

Spare parts are the premise to ensure stable and normal production. Although the enterprise management department and the equipment department basically meet the requirements when checking spare parts every month, there are still some shortcomings. Because the synchronous belt is not in stock, some abnormal losses occur in the actual use process, which affects the production of the packing machine. Spare parts management will be the focus of future work.

Looking back on the past year, despite unremitting efforts and many achievements, there are still many shortcomings and problems:

Some leakage phenomena were not solved in time, some workers' lights were not put out, and compressed air in the conveying pipeline leaked, which caused economic losses to the workshop.
2. The equipment management is not detailed enough to be further improved, the equipment inspection supervision is not timely, and there is a big gap in equipment lubrication and maintenance, especially the equipment maintenance system after construction needs to be further improved.
3. Spare parts management is not in place and needs to be further refined.
4. The equipment renovation work is not detailed enough, especially the subjective initiative of the security personnel is poor, so we should stimulate their enthusiasm in the future equipment renovation work.
5. The implementation of safety management is not detailed. In the process of inspection, there is not enough assessment of the personnel or posts who operate illegally or dismantle the safety protection device at will, and the inspection of not wearing the safety helmet according to the regulations is not in place, so there is luck.
