In order to make the warehouse keeper's work consistent with the accounts, cards and materials, and even make the accounts available when there is an abnormality, at present, some materials of the warehouse keeper are not managed by cards, and the old materials cards have no voucher numbers, and the document numbers, abstracts and balances after receiving and sending transactions are not filled in in in time. In order to make up for this defect, a number of new material storage cards have been redesigned and ordered.

After knowing the material placement in the area managed by each warehouse keeper, aiming at the fuzziness of warehouse planning, the corresponding rectification plan of warehouse area planning is made. Among them, the return area was moved from the original position to the packaging material preparation area. The warehouse keeper asked again and thought that this matter had not been followed up.

D, there are still defects, and the storage planning is unreasonable. Some label materials and hardware materials are planned in the electronic material area. The width planning (80CM) of the main exit passage is not enough. Under the correct guidance of the Administration Department, on February 22nd, 65438, the main exit passage was re-planned, and the width was increased from the original 80CM to 180CM.

G. The warehouse manager did not make an inventory report, and the discrepancy report was not issued after the end of the month.

When signing and reviewing documents, it was not done well. For example, some document-related personnel signed the documents for confirmation but didn't sign them, and even some outsourced materials were inconsistent with the quantity on the release list, resulting in vague signatures.

1. The warehouse training plan has not been implemented, which leads to customers' finding that electronic materials are exposed during factory inspection, failing to prevent light and dust, and the management consciousness of storage and stacking of warehouse materials is vague.

4, to do a good job of material control

The data of each material must be strictly controlled to make it consistent with the accounts. To do this, we must do the following: (1) control the materials in the warehouse, make the inventory accounts timely and accurately, and make clear records no matter when anyone enters the warehouse and what materials are received, so as to ensure that the materials are in and out. The three are strictly consistent, which makes the difference of warehouse data zero;

(3) Control the materials and data of finished product delivery and customer return. Strictly follow the delivery list, control the quantity, no more, no less. The returned materials should be saved in the return form immediately, and the materials to be scrapped should be saved in the scrap form immediately. If the materials to be printed are sent to customers in the form of samples, they should be specially registered and the data should be adjusted at the end of the month. Only in this way can we control the quantity difference when delivering or returning goods. With these points, the difference of material data may no longer exist.

5, do a good job of sending and receiving materials.

Warehouse is actually a transfer station for factory products: the main job of warehouse management is to timely and accurately send and receive transit materials to cooperate with factory production. This requires us to know the storage location, quantity, production date, color, raw materials and so on of each material at that time. Now, most enterprises require themselves to meet the 5S standard and introduce the ISO9000 system. Although we have not implemented these systems and procedures, we should strictly use the requirements of these systems to test whether our work is qualified. For the warehouse, the warehouse is a place where many items come in and out. In addition, all things that are temporarily unused in the factory must be returned to the warehouse, so the warehouse is more likely to appear messy than other places, which requires us to sort out the warehouse from time to time. All the articles belong to different places, the useful ones are put in order, the useless ones are thrown away, and the warehouse always looks orderly, dry and tidy. To achieve this standard, we should not only do it, but also put the responsibility on individuals, divide the warehouse into blocks and individuals, and spend ten minutes cleaning up their responsibility areas before work every day, doing their duties and responsibilities, so that "everyone has something to do, everyone has something to do", which is self-evident for a long time.

9. Keep good relations with brother departments.

Any department, anyone has the obligation to think for your next working procedure department, and strive to make the products or things they have done easier and more convenient for the next working procedure department.
