The Training Center of China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization (CESI Training Center for short), under the leadership of China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization, carries out certification and accreditation, standardization and related professional knowledge training, and also carries out corresponding professional consulting services. According to the relevant national regulations and international practices, our center has established a documented quality management system based on the principles of "science, justice, honesty and service". In the process of training in standardization knowledge, management knowledge, electronic industry technology, CMMI and SPCA and providing vocational skill appraisal services, strict management of the whole teaching process has been implemented, and a training institution with comprehensive teachers, teaching materials, facilities and services has gradually formed.

At present, CESI Training Center is authorized by government departments or authoritative organizations and has the following qualifications: (1) "Standardization and Quality Training Center for Electronic Industry" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; (2) The Ministry of Labor and Social Security's "Professional Skills Appraisal Station for Unique Jobs"; (3) National Certification and Accreditation Administration "Quality Management System Certification Auditor Certification Training Institution"; (4) "Information Security Management System Certification and Certified Auditor Certification Training Institution" of CNCA; (5) "Information Technology Service Management System Certification and Certified Auditor Certification Training Institution" of CNCA; (6) Certification and training institution for registered auditors of environmental management system of CNCA; (7) Training institutions of ITIL v3 Foundation authorized by 7)APMG; (8) PRINCE2 training and examination institutions authorized by 8)APMG.

CESI takes the standardization of electronic information technology as the core, and provides professional support for government policy research, industry management and strategic decision-making through standard scientific research, testing, measurement, certification and information services, and provides standardized technical services for the society.

CESI has established laboratories, certification bodies and workstations authorized by the government and recognized by authoritative organizations, and undertaken the work of 54 TC/SC domestic technical centers of IEC, ISO/IEC/JTC 11Secretariat of the National Standardization Technical Committee, and established cooperative relations with many international standardization organizations and famous foreign institutions, for the application and promotion of standards, industrial promotion and international.
