After the new supervisor (or job transfer) reports to the Administration and Personnel Department, the Administration and Personnel Department issues the Registration Form for the Third-level Education and Training of the New Supervisor. 5.2. The new (or resigned) supervisor shall go to the department on duty with the registration form, and the department manager or the designated safety director shall conduct safety education and training at the department level, and both parties shall sign the registration form for confirmation. 5.4. The newly arrived (or off-duty) supervisors shall go to the project supervision department on duty with the registration form, and the chief supervision engineer or the designated safety director shall provide them with project-level safety education and training. After both parties sign the registration form, the project supervision department will copy and keep the original registration form and submit it to the Quality and Safety Department for filing. 5.5. The Project Supervision Department shall hold a fully signed Registration Form for Three-level Education and Training of New Employees, and new (or dismissed) supervisors can only work at their posts. 5.6. Regular induction training for new supervisors and other new employees is organized by the Administration and Personnel Department, and the Quality and Safety Department is responsible for the training and teaching of system management and safety knowledge. 5.7. The daily safety education and training of supervisors should be conducted through meetings, publicity, drills, reading and other forms. The chief supervision engineer is responsible for the daily safety education and training of the project supervision department, at least once a month, with meeting or study records. The Quality and Safety Department is responsible for organizing annual regular safety education and training for all supervisors in the form of closed-book examination.
