In order to make data personnel understand the process of digital mapping and do a good job of archiving the original data, this paper briefly introduces digital mapping, focusing on the basis, rules and numbers of archiving the original data of1:250,000 digital mapping, as well as several problems that need to be explained.

1 brief introduction of digital mapping work

As we all know, 3S technology has been widely used in the field of geoscience, but the acquisition of field geoscience spatial data and attributes in regional geological survey is still a hot and difficult point in geoscience research at home and abroad. In the traditional regional geological survey, the first-hand field data are manually recorded in the field record book and working hand-drawn map of paper media through continuous field geological route observation. The field work and arrangement work are complex and arduous, and the obtained geological information is not easy to manage and query, which is far from satisfying the diversity, scientificity and urgency of the extensive needs of society and can not meet the requirements of today's information age. The digital mapping method we adopt is a computer technology based on the integration of GIS, RS and GPS technology, which digitalizes (informatizes) the whole mapping process of field data acquisition, achievement expression and social use of regional geological survey.

The core foundation of digital mapping technology is digital PRB process, which defines, classifies, aggregates and induces the description of field route observation objects and their processes by using the data model and organization mode of points, segment routes, points and boundaries, and stores them in the spatial database after layering and structuring. From designing route (or profile) to field observation and sorting out route (profile) data, computer operation has been realized.

2. Archiving basis of digital surveying and mapping original data

Due to the application of 3S technology and methods, surveying and mapping work has changed from manual operation to digitalization. The original geological data formed by the traditional regional geological mapping project has changed greatly, especially the carrier form of the original data has changed from paper media to magnetic media, which makes the filing method of regional geological archives (Trial), China's geological and mineral industry standard, no longer adapt to the filing of digital mapping original data. Before the filing method of digital mapping original data has been promulgated in China, according to Technical Requirements for Regional Geological Survey 1: 250000 and Training Textbook for Digital Mapping Technology Application of China Geological Survey (Volume I), combined with previous filing methods, digital mapping workflow and recent years' experience, it meets the requirements of original geological archives filing and digital mapping method, and is convenient for future generations to use while ensuring data integrity, accuracy and systematicness. This paper discusses the filing rules of1:250,000 digital mapping raw data as follows.

3 Rules and numbers for filing original data of digital mapping

3. 1 declaration rules

According to the content nature, formal characteristics and internal relations of all scientific and technological documents and materials in the case file, they are divided into eight categories, which are represented by eight characters or codes respectively.

3. 1. 1 Category I: report draft and base map (symbol: bottom /D)

Final geological report, description, geological maps and accessories, and final results review and review opinions, etc. Provide magnetic and paper media.

3. 1.2 Category II: topographic data (symbol: survey /C)

Including 1: 25000 and 1: 65438+ 1000000. Provide a magnetic medium.

3. 1.3 Category III: regional geological survey and observation data (symbol: Guan/g)

Including the background layer of each map, map PRB library, physical map, collection day backup, field hand map, various profile data under digital profile and aerial photo interpretation map.

The explanation is as follows:

RGMAP digital mapping software includes two folders: digital mapping and digital profile, in which the digital mapping directory includes 1 1:25000 and 9 1: 1 10,000.

1:250,000 map includes background layer, map PR library, physical map, backup of collection day and field hand map under digital mapping. Provide magnetic and paper media files.

1:65438+100000 map includes background layer under digital mapping, sheet PR library, physical map, backup of collection day, field hand map and various profile data under digital profile. Among them, the field records of each route in the real material map and field hand map, the profile of each section in the digital profile, the original records, the calculation table of stratum thickness and the appraisal report of the profile need to provide magnetic and paper media files.

Both magnetic and paper media documents shall be provided for sample submission, testing and identification of analytical data.

Site photos, providing magnetic media files.

The aerial photo interpretation map includes remote sensing interpretation images, TM image data, aerial photo interpretation features and related pictures, aerial photo interpretation maps, comprehensive interpretation features, comprehensive interpretation related maps, ARQ aeromagnetic data, remote sensing processed images, aerial photo interpretation cards, comprehensive interpretation description files, etc. Provide magnetic media files.

3. 1.4 Category IV: sampling, testing and identification categories (symbol: sample /Y)

Sampling records, test results and corresponding summary reports of various samples. Provide magnetic and paper media.

3. 1.5 Category V: related technical documents (symbol: text /W)

Including the annual task book, monthly, quarterly, annual report, annual design review submissions, on-site acceptance submissions, and preliminary review submissions of results reports. Project approval documents, indicative documents and related documents of quality system operation. Important technical measures materials, reporting incentive materials. The revision notes of various review opinions, geological exploration certificates, digital mapping and filing documents, etc. Both magnetic and paper media shall be provided (Word documents are preferred, and images without Word documents shall be scanned and filed as images).

3. 1.6 Category VI: technical design copy (symbol: design /S)

Including the overall design, overall work plan, annual work plan and work plan (point, line and surface documents, engineering documents and image documents provided in the work plan). Magnetic and paper media shall be provided.

3. 1.7 category 7: synthesis and research results (symbol: research /Y)

Application report of digital mapping technology. Magnetic and paper media documents shall be provided.

3. 1.8 Class VIII: magnetic (optical) disk for regional geological survey (symbol: Ji /J)

Including the sub-database, dictionary database, RGMAP software, geological map spatial database and database building report of this map. Provide magnetic media files (including paper media files of database reports).

3.2 Application number

Proceedings of the 6th National Symposium on Geological Archives.

3.2. 1 For the original data of paper media, the principle of three-level numbering is adopted, which consists of three parts: case file number, category code and part number.

Number structure: file number, category number and part number. For example, the number is 35D00 15, where 35 is the case file number, d is the manuscript base map category, and 00 15 is the part number:

The first paragraph is the file number, and a geological exploration project constitutes a file number.

The second paragraph is the category number, which is represented by the filing scope and the category code in the classification.

The third paragraph is the part number, which takes the category as the unit. Each part in the category is numbered in sequence, and a number is represented by four Arabic numerals. If it is less than four digits, a "0" shall be filled in front.

3.2.2 According to the original data of magnetic media

It is stored on a CD of a category, numbered DZ35D. Where DZ stands for electronic version, 35 stands for file number, and D stands for part of speech.

At the same time, the archive media of all kinds of original materials should be explained in the remarks to facilitate the provision and utilization.

4. Several problems that need to be explained in filing.

(1) Determine the Archiver: After the digital mapping, the project leader will assign the technical personnel of the project team as the Archiver to be responsible for archiving.

(2) Filing time: from the end of the project to the completion acceptance, complete the filing of all acceptance materials in magnetic and paper media.

(3) Filing unit: In principle, the task book shall prevail, but a regional geological survey map is suggested as a filing unit.

(4) File Register: Based on the original geological file subsidiary ledger (including cover, directory index, original file classification directory and filing reference table), add the carrier type and CD number in the original file classification directory column.

(5) Determine the reviewer: the reviewer is responsible for filling in the filing reference form, whether the filing materials are complete and what are the reasons for the lack.

(6) Filing time: All original materials and achievement materials shall be filed within 180 days from the date when the project review opinions are issued.

(7) Storage of magnetic media: professional surveying and mapping units suggest separate numbering and independent storage; Other units suggest using paper media for preservation. But in any case, the file number of magnetic media should be the same as that of paper media.
