2. 3. Other forms of cooperation:

After Party A's training classroom is completed, Party B is responsible for the promotion and priority use;

Party A uses its own business advantages to expand and deepen the training scope and form relevant training systems: supply chain management, international trade, international procurement, foreign trade import and export, export agents, customs declarers, customs declarers, freight forwarders, civil aviation, logistics, business English, etc. Party B is responsible for promotion;

Party B takes advantage of its resources to undertake enterprise-related content training and overall training projects, and Party A is responsible for the implementation;

Party B introduces customers related to air transportation, sea transportation, land transportation, customs declaration, inspection, warehousing, logistics, trade agents, freight insurance, etc. To Party A, and Party A shall give corresponding business commission;

4. In the process of cooperation between Party A and Party B, if there are any unfinished matters, both parties shall settle them through friendly negotiation.
