Although the participants have a high level of cultural literacy, due to many courses, tight time and heavy tasks, it inevitably brings some difficulties to the students' knowledge digestion. The second is innovative learning methods. Because the students of senior business administration come from all parts of the province, it is understandable to attend face-to-face lectures in Hangzhou for a certain period of time, but the students from all parts of the province are full-time students, and there is still a lot of work to be done. How to solve the contradiction between work and study is a practical problem faced by students outside Hangzhou. I think it can be achieved through long-distance network education, which can not only solve the difficulties of students rushing to Hangzhou, but also improve the learning effect. Third, the choice of teaching materials should be more realistic. International advanced business administration courses are selected from Hong Kong textbooks. Due to the cultural differences between Hong Kong and the Mainland, the words in some textbooks and homework problems are difficult to understand in reading, which inevitably brings certain difficulties to students' learning. In my opinion, textbooks in Hong Kong and the Mainland should be revised uniformly, which is more conducive to students' understanding and digestion. The fourth is to strengthen pragmatic exchanges.
