Taobao University is a professional authoritative online merchant training center founded by Taobao, the largest online retail platform in Asia. It is its responsibility to promote the growth of online merchants. After more than seven years, it has gradually formed a four-in-one post ability growth system for online merchants: MBA (online shop owner), online shop manager (store manager, department head), e-commerce elite (online shop front-line employees) and online shop operation expert (college student entrepreneur).
