Experience of actual combat rotation training of bank microfinance
2065438+August 20th, 2008, participated in the actual combat rotation training of microfinance conducted by the microfinance department of county banks. After a week of training and study, I not only have a new understanding of microfinance business, but also have the opportunity to study and discuss with other business personnel in the city, exchange and share credit work experience, so that I have a deeper understanding of microfinance work than before. The experience and gains of this training are summarized as follows:

Microfinance technology is a technical activity. Through these days of worship and street sweeping activities, I really realized the great difference between urban customers and township customers. The business structure of urban microfinance customer groups is simple and complex, some have large cash transactions, some basically do not need cash transactions, many customers have clear bills, but more are not specific financial management. If we follow the traditional credit consideration and investigation, we can't analyze the customer's repayment ability and go deep into it.

However, if applying for micro-loan technology, before going to the customer site for investigation, the account manager has already made preparations according to the customer application form and the inquiry of the recipient, and then made an inventory of the customer's business situation, management structure and development history. In the process of investigation, he pays attention to observing and identifying the business details of customers. Whether it is inventory counting, accounts receivable statistics or cash counting, evidence and documents are needed. So as to comprehensively analyze whether there are sources of repayment funds.

This requires our micro-loan account manager to have a strong sense of responsibility, regardless of investigation and analysis or approval by the loan review meeting. Secondly, it is necessary to have dynamic post-loan management, which is one of the key tasks for the successful recovery of micro-loans, so that the customer's business situation can always be in the mind of the account manager, and timely and actively communicate with the lender's guarantor until the loan is fully returned, so as to control the risk to the greatest extent.

After this practical training, I am full of confidence in the development of our microfinance business and myself. Next, I will sum up my experience, make up for my shortcomings, and make the micro-loan business a strong competitive brand of Paradise Branch.
