How to give volleyball training to young teachers?
The basic skills of volleyball are generally divided into footwork and manipulation training.

Footwork plays an important role in volleyball. First of all, we should move through flexible footwork and choose a position that is convenient for hitting the ball, so that all the skills and tactics can be realized. The problems to be solved in footwork include posture preparation, movement, braking and various take-offs.

The preparation posture is divided into micro-squat, semi-squat and low squat according to the height of the body center of gravity. Generally, you use half a squat at a time. There are also low squats; The preparation posture of second pass, block and spike can be slightly higher; When defending, protecting or preparing to catch a difficult ball, the posture should be lower. Among them, the protective preparation posture is the lowest. No matter what posture, the distance between your feet should be shoulder-width or slightly shoulder-width. Your toes should be retracted properly, your heels should be slightly raised, your front feet should exert force on the inside of your feet, your knees should be moderately bent, your arms should naturally droop, your hands should be placed in front of your abdomen, your upper body should lean forward slightly, and your eyes should be fixed on the ball.
