The publicity time is 7 days. The publicity contents include the name of the recruitment agency, the name of the person to be hired, gender, admission ticket number, graduation institution or work unit, supervision telephone number, etc.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem after investigation or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the recruitment agency shall go through the examination and approval procedures for employment according to the prescribed procedures; If there are problems that do not meet the relevant provisions on the employment of civil servants and there is evidence, the recruitment agency will not accept the employment and inform me; If there are serious problems in the report, but it is difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and the recruitment agency will decide whether to hire after verifying and making a conclusion.

Thirty-second provincial recruitment agencies and institutions directly under the provincial level to be hired by the provincial civil service department for examination and approval; The personnel to be hired by the vertical management department below the provincial level shall be reviewed by the competent civil servant department at the same level, and shall be reviewed and summarized by the vertical management department step by step, and reported to the competent civil servant department at the provincial level for examination and approval. The personnel to be hired by the city recruitment agency with districts shall be reported to the municipal competent department of civil servants for examination and approval. The personnel to be hired by the recruitment agency below the county level shall be reported to the municipal civil servant department for approval after being audited by the civil servant department at the county level. Personnel who have been approved for employment shall be issued with an employment notice by the competent department of civil servants.

Article 33 The hired personnel shall report on time according to the requirements of the employment notice and go through the relevant formalities. Failing to report for duty within the time limit without justifiable reasons shall be deemed as giving up employment.

Article 34 The probation period for newly recruited civil servants is one year. During the probation period, the recruitment agency will inspect the newly hired civil servants and arrange them to participate in the necessary training such as the initial appointment of civil servants. Those who pass the examination after the probation period will be appointed; If the probation period is unqualified or I propose that I am not suitable to work in the recruitment agency, the employment will be cancelled with the approval of the original employment examination and approval authority.
