The Chinese food majors in the school are: three years of golden chef, two years of golden collar chef and chef elite, one year of cooking elite, two months of intensive cooking, and private ordering of Chinese food (which can be found on the school website). If you want to be a chef in the industry for a long time after finishing school, it is more appropriate to study as a golden collar chef for two years. Depends on which one you are.
