Experience of learning Putonghua

Before, I only knew that there were CET-4 and CET-6 exams, but I never knew there was a Putonghua exam. Only when I came to this school did I know that I had to pass the Putonghua exam to get my diploma. Yes, as a teacher, you must teach and educate people in standard Mandarin.

Learning Mandarin is not an easy task. For people with heavy dialects, because the tongue is used to the pronunciation of dialects, there is no difference between the front nasal sound and the back nasal sound, and the common pronunciation is even more inconsistent with the pronunciation of Putonghua. I summed up some experiences in practice and share them with my friends here.

First of all, listen more, talk more, ask more questions, often listen to Mandarin radio and watch news programs. These programs generally use standard Mandarin, which is of great help to learning Mandarin by listening and watching them frequently. This is an extended learning method. We shouldn't miss the opportunity on weekdays.

Then I often look it up in the dictionary. If some words are ambiguous, you need to look them up in the dictionary. (Don't bother) Make its pinyin clear, and pay special attention to the disyllabic and polysemy of some words, so as to pronounce it accurately.

The last profound experience is to insist on daily conversation in Mandarin. Some people say that language depends on the environment. In an environment where everyone speaks Mandarin, I am very close to Zhu Bichi. Even if you have a strong accent, you will gradually be infected by it.

I have benefited a lot from learning Mandarin. Use Mandarin in class and communicate in Mandarin after class. I feel that my standard of Putonghua is constantly improving.
