Town training
I understand "weekend" as Saturday and Sunday, which is a two-day travel plan. Three weeks, I don't know if it's two weekends or three weekends. I don't know the budget, I don't know how to play (go around the city more, or slow down to see more details). The information is not clear. Make several different plans for your reference.

Scheme 1, German city tour (train)

The first weekend.

Saturday: Stop in Cologne and Bonn for one day. Same day round trip.

Sunday: a day in Ruhr, Dü sseldorf. Same day round trip

The second weekend.

Saturday: one day in Berlin, living in Berlin.

Sunday: Return trip, choose one or two cities to get off and play.

Option 2, European city tour (tourist bus)

The first weekend-Paris

Friday: At midnight, Cologne boarded the tourist bus and went to Paris. Live in a car

Saturday: downtown Paris, midnight, the bus returns to Cologne.

Sunday: Go back to Cologne in the morning. On the whole, I'm tired and rested.

The second weekend-Amsterdam

This trip is similar to going to Paris.

Plan 3: Comfortable peripheral travel (train)

The first weekend

Saturday, one day in Bonn, including Kony Winter, Bud Goldenberg, etc. (Consider taking a Rhine cruise).

On Sunday, one day in Cologne, including Brewer and others.

The second weekend

Saturday, koblenz, (think of the Rhine cruise)

On Sunday, find a small town, such as Badminster Elf, relax, relax. ...

Usually, if time permits, evenings in Cologne and Bonn are also good.

However, if I choose, I won't go this way, because I am very anxious and tired.

Ruedesheim, Bingen, Bart Munster, Elf and other places, I still have time to visit.

There are actually many possibilities. The key is to see how you want to play.

Pure hands, welcome to ask questions.
