According to the "Regulations on the Management of Safety Technology Training and Assessment for Special Operations Personnel", those who take part in the qualification examination for special operations shall fill in the examination application form, and the applicant or the unit where the applicant belongs shall submit an application to the examination issuing authority or its entrusted unit where the applicant's domicile or employment is located with the academic certificate or the training certificate issued by the training institution. The safety technical qualification examination for special operations personnel is divided into theoretical examination and practical operation examination, and the charging standard for Chongqing theoretical examination is 50 yuan per person per time; The practical operation test is given per person per time 120 yuan.

According to the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operators, the registration conditions for special operators are as follows:

Article 4 Special operators shall meet the following conditions:
