Human resource manager is a national unified examination, which is divided into Grade One, Grade Two, Grade Three and Grade Four. The examination time of each grade is the same, and the examination difficulty is different. After passing the examination, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will issue the qualification certificate of human resource manager. The registration of this exam is unified by professional training institutions on behalf of candidates, and the registration place is arranged by local Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. At the same time, it is also stipulated in the application conditions that candidates of non-related majors in Beijing need to attend the training institutions for the specified hours before they can register.
