2. Pioneering and innovative spirit is not enough. I don't deeply understand the decisive role of professional level in work efficiency and quality. In order to improve my business level, I need to learn my business. But I am dependent on my business and think my superiors will give me instructions. I don't have to rush to do it first, but I already have plans before I start working. I am afraid that I can't do it well first, and I lack some self-confidence.
