This is to ensure that new employees have enough safety knowledge and skills, can correctly operate dangerous chemicals and respond to emergencies. The Regulations also require that the annual retraining time should be no less than 20 hours. This is to maintain the safe operation of employees and update and improve the emergency handling ability of dangerous chemicals.
