From May to July, the inspectors regrouped, and I was assigned to the incoming materials group, only responsible for incoming materials inspection. Later, because more and more Chili powder came into the factory, my work was not so busy. During this time, I have done some other work, such as workload statistics, ten-day report, monthly report, overtime evaluation registration, quality report, team member evaluation, laboratory work arrangement for next season's production, statistics of a layer of glassware, and looking for relevant personnel to deal with the problems left over after u8 upgrade.
(2) Detection experiment
During this year, I did two test experiments: the first experiment was to extract pepper particles with 4# solvent. After mixing and separating 4# solvent with water 1: 4 twice, the water-soluble part of 4# solvent can be basically removed, and the extraction effect is basically the same as that of the original 4# solvent. Secondly, the color loss experiment, which mainly made the color price changes of red capsaicin and paprika at 43 degrees and 37 degrees, and the loss of paprika powder in the workshop, concluded that the color price of red capsaicin and paprika did not change at 43 degrees and 37 degrees, but the color price loss of paprika powder in the workshop was serious.
(3) Staff training in Xinjiang and the second workshop.
