Ingredients: generally, radish, cucumber and lettuce giant (bamboo shoots) are brewed separately.

Method:

1, peeled, sliced or shredded fruits and vegetables, soaked in salt for about 2 hours;

2. Gently squeeze out the flooded vegetable juice;

3. Put the right amount of white rice vinegar and white sugar in the bowl (mix the tastes, add some sugar if it is sour, and add some vinegar if it is sweet). If you like spicy food, you can put 1-2 dried red pepper. You can also add a little coriander, shredded ginger or fried sesame seeds according to your own preferences, which has a different flavor.

4. It can be eaten after soaking for 2 hours, or it can be put in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, with better taste.

This is also my favorite dish, especially in summer or after eating too greasy, I really enjoy serving a small bowl.
