Education and training stage
Like the previous stage, it can be divided into two levels according to the different propaganda objects and functions:
1. Management training. The purpose is to make managers understand and master certain psychological knowledge and psychological counseling skills, so as to find, identify, solve and prevent employees' psychological problems in the working environment.
2. Staff training. Mainly teach basic psychological knowledge and self-management skills (such as emotional management, stress management and practical management). ) to help employees understand themselves and clarify their confusion.
Various methods can be used for training, such as special lectures and group counseling.
