2. Click Register on the homepage and select the course you want to register;

3. Click the Learning Center, and then click Learn Now;

4. Start the class and then finish it.

The progress bar of the course did not change in time. If the course does not require the progress bar to be 100%, it is not a big problem. If you have any requirements, you need to contact the relevant departments for handling.

How to obtain the certificate of completion of state-owned e-learning

Students log on to the online learning platform of SASAC Cadre Education and Training Center or the mobile phone client of "State-owned E-learning" for video self-study (which can be watched repeatedly during the training period), and can obtain an electronic certificate of completion after completing all courses.
