Section 2 Personnel preparation

Section 3 Reporting System

5. Loss of toxic substances and radioactive sources.

6, reception of major accidents, celebrities, foreigners and overseas personnel, medical care objects, special circumstances of large-scale activities, flight accidents, major social security incidents.
