The main work of the International Liaison Department in the community is to attract external contacts, often go out to attract external contacts, negotiate with various businesses, attract foreign investment, sponsor activities, support contacts with various departments in the community, and strengthen exchanges between departments.
The work of each department is broken down as follows:
1, responsible for publicity and training of public relations etiquette for members of the community outreach department and community outreach members, and familiar with future work;
2. Conduct regular interviews with the Association, communicate with the Association, timely feedback the problems existing in the communication, and mobilize the Association to cooperate and help it carry out activities;
3. Strengthen contact with other organizations in the school, and create a democratic, free and progressive atmosphere in the school, such as other departments of the student union and various societies;
4. Cooperate with off-campus enterprises and companies to provide sponsorship funds for associations and activities, such as going to KFC for outreach and negotiating with merchants to see if they are willing to sponsor promotion;
5. Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other schools, organize activities between sister schools, establish good cooperative relations, and organize some friendships with other institutions;
6. Establish sponsorship and contact information files, collect social information extensively, and provide information services for external liaison work;
7. Organize exchange meetings between club presidents and members of the International Liaison Department with the same attributes, and work with other departments.
