At that time, many club directors were just spectators, and a leader had to be obedient to his subordinates. First of all, you should be strict with yourself. If you can't do it yourself, how can you ask for it? The best self-discipline is discipline.

After taking a one-hundred-day tour for one week, do it for three days by yourself. The target at that time was 60 people.
